About me:

We are Marcus and Imari the husband and wife duo & co-creators of the Daily Dose 101 Blog! We are a young married couple tackling life one day at a time. What is the Daily Dose 101 Blog? We’re a Christian based lifestyle, family and business blog created help inspire and uplift others by sharing personal real-life messages. This experience has truly been rewarding and it has been a wonderful treat connecting with our audience. We have met some pretty amazing people that have been inspired by our stories and we are focused on delivering a daily dose of good news. Feel free to give us feedback on our topics of the day. Enjoy!!

Boundaries are necessary. You are allowed to say no.
Setting goals is the easy part. Achieving your goals takes work.
Happy Monday! It's a new week, and I am ready to tackle new goals. I love to plan out my week by blocking off time dedicated to planning. Do you plan out your goals weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually? Let me know below.
It's that time of the week again! Happy Friday y'all! Spend some time investing in self-care this weekend. Take what you need from this list.
